Resources

QuantStudio™ real-time PCR system: QuantStudio™ for global gene expression analysis utilizing excitation and detection wavelength ranges of 450-600 nm and 500-640 nm, respectively.

CTL ELISpot reader: The FluoroCore™ M2 is a dedicated ImmunoSpot® Analyzer that performs immune monitoring evaluations, such as peripheral blood mononuclear cell counting (PBMC), cytotoxicity, serum neutralization assays, and the reading of cytokine arrays, among other capabilities. It provides image quality for up to 12-color analyses and is a high-throughput screening tool.

CELLCYTE X live cell imager and analyzer: housed within an incubator, it enables cellular kinetic and biological events to be dynamically monitored. Image capture yields quantitative insights pertaining to confluence, reporter gene analysis, apoptosis, cytotoxicity, and transfection efficiency, among other properties.

ONI Nanoimager (super-resolution) microscope: A portable super-resolution microscope configured for TIRF, epifluorescence, HILO illumination, single-particle tracking and localization super-resolution (including PALM and dSTORM) experiments, and single molecule Foerster resonance energy transfer spectroscopy (smFRET). It consists of four different lasers with a variety of outputs, and is paired with a Lenovo ThinkPad, which serves as an interface between the scope and user. for in real time with high sensitivity.

Vi-Cell XR Cell Viability Analyzer: A device enabling accurate and reproducible cell viability and count data, as well as concentration measurements.
